[GreenKeys] Special Halloween Broadcast

As someone on this list previously stated: "The great thing about
standards is that there are so many to choose from!"
So you need to use the same standard that the people you want to
communicate with are using.
My point was that to copy 1313/1483 shift, one will need a tuneable
converter, like the Dovetron MPC-1000.
