LEDs will work fine at typical refrigerator temperatures and outdoor in
sub zero weather. Bulbs for ovens differ in a few details. First, the
envelope is made of glass that will not soften in oven temperatures or
crack or shatter when the oven door is opened and cold air rushes in.
Second, the leads from the filament to the base are spot welded instead
of soldered so they will remain connected at high temperatures. I do not
know for certain, but they may be filled with noble gas under different
pressure from regular bulbs or vacuum to reduce strains on the
envelope. Regular bulbs are usually not vacuum, but instead filled with
argon and/or nitrogen at about 1/2 atmospheric pressure.
