[GreenKeys] [External] Tip on loops

Has anyone else heard the story about someone who was being hassled in court for selling the older bulbs?  According to the story, he argued that he wasn't selling light bulbs, he was selling them as heating devices and for that purpose only.  He had light vs heat output data to back him up....& the case was dismissed.  Probably not true, but they DO have non-lighting applications and in the small quantities for such use there isn't any impact on the intent of the laws - to increase efficiency of popular, widely used lighting devices.  If we're using them as ballasts, do you think we can justify it?

Well, you can no longer buy them here down-under...  They're all either 
CFLs or LEDs.
