[GreenKeys] 6 bit Teletype reperf

 I don't know when the last hot-type newspaper was published, but The Durham Herald-Sunwas still using Linotype machines which read the 6-level tape from The Associated Press inlate 1978.  I was told they were very close to going fully offset printing at the time of myvisit there in that timeframe.
