Greetings Greenkeyers --

I wonder if anyone may have this particular document in their files.....

The Teletype Corp document titled "M28 ASR Tape Line Equipment, Training
Course, Student Guide", which can be found at
http://www.navy-radio.com/manuals/tty/28asr-training-1402.pdf has a good
discussion of "bias distortion" early in the document.

Referenced in this document, at the bottom of page 13 of the PDF (page 12
of the document as produced by Teletype) there is mention of a paper
titled:  "Measurement of Selecting Margins" by W. J. Zenner, dated 1939.
Does anyone happen to have a copy of this paper by Zenner?
