[GreenKeys] Setting Governed Motors

It would be interesing to use the tuning fork now that the speed is 
correct and see if the stripes or dots move.  If they are still or 
nearly so, do you see more or fewer of them than you did before?  
Stroboscopes of any form can give erronious indications at multiple or 
sub multiple speeds.
