[GreenKeys] this looks neat. Is it usable in anyway?

I am not sure but believe it is the V.10 interface card and I have the 24 Volt power supply. I am presuming the blue is negative and red positive, is that correct? When I apply power, I get about a second or so of activity including the incandescent bulbs lighting and up to 3 amps of draw then almost no draw and only the STO lamp lit. No other keys do anything at that point.
I am just finishing up replacing the processor in a Racal transceiver then will have my bench available for further investigation.

When the unit operable (without fault), it would work in local mode after pressing the key LOC (light in the key is lit).If you press LIN, you should be online and talk to an HF- modem (for example). Receiving should be possible in any mode if there is data input on the RxD pin.
