[GreenKeys] ASR33 debugging

Thanks for your guidance. I replaced the selector magnet driver PCBA
(181823) from a donor machine and local mode is working.
Now to get the http://deramp.com/tty_adapter.html working.

PS) if anyone has a spare 181823 PCBA they'd like to sell me I can bring my
2nd ASR33 to life.
