Yep! Model 28 KSR.  If the other one looks like this without the keyboard it is a Model 28 RO.  5 Level (Baudot) machines.  Current loop.

Hello. Ive been quietly reading in the background here for a while. I picked up mys asr33 with punch a while back to conect to my pdp 11 computer. I still have not quite figured out the 33. Naturaly the logical thing to do is double down and get more teletypes. I was given a tour of a local tv/ radio station.it <http://station.it>  was absolutely loaded with equipment 3 stories high full of equipment.I picked upteletypes. Not sure what they are yet. I only got a couple pictures, can anyone identify this machine? There is a second machine with no keyboard, appears to be receive only but looks similar to the one in the picture.
