[GreenKeys] More paint

As long as the subject is paint, I'm wondering if this is the original 
paint job on my 28 cabinet.  When I first looked at it, I thought it was 
the the GA gray green textured vinyl painted over the top of green 
wrinkle finish like my old 19 had.

Looking closer, I'm wondering if what I'm seeing is a primer?  It's a 
little greener than it looks in the photo.

This is a Western Union cabinet.  Would GA be their normal color? The 
cabinet model number isn't painted inside like I would have expected to 
see.

Unless I win the lottery or make a new friend with sand blasting and 
painting equipment, it's likely to stay this way for a while. For a 
repaint I'd consider the Navy Gray, I like the lighter color. Would that 
be BR, Gray, Navy Light?
