[GreenKeys] USB interface for 5-level machines

This came up on Twitter, from FabLab Würzburg (a German makerspace):  a
nice set of electronics and code:

Looks like it's intended for 5-level teletypewriters, to connect
current-loop and RS-232 to USB, using Python on a Raspberry Pi.
