[GreenKeys] 170 shift to 850 shift converter??

Yes, how about that voice and RTTY simulcast.  This must presume duplex 
operation, otherwise how would one coordinate PTT between voice and 
RTTY?  Perhaps someone knows how this worked?  My 05C40 training didn't 
cover this.

Can you picture the committee that wrote the specification for this?
