[GreenKeys] 170 shift to 850 shift converter??

Ray KA3EKH is wanting to use his MD-522/GRC military rig - it is an 850 Hz
shift device (2000+/-425) and cannot copy ITTY, etc. It evidently doesn't
copy mark-only or space-only. And it needs to stay unmodified.

So, what is the easiest way to get 850 Hz from ITTY? Is there some nifty
piece of software that would do that somehow?

Otherwise he could use an additional TU to receive 170 shift and rekey at
850 shift.
