I didn’t see it running, but playing with it now, most of the keys don’t depress as far as I would expect them to.

I need to spend some time with the manual - I don’t even know where the motor is.

I did find something interesting, though: <http://www.schnitz.com/static/quick/IMG_0735.jpeg> The breadboard power supply contains a 12.6V 1.2A transformer and two capacitors. There’s a few resistors underneath those. I can’t see any farther until I take the whole cover off.
