[GreenKeys] Small loop supply

Greenkeyers,

I have unearthed here a small loop supply:

Western Electric
KS 5663 - L7
Output: 120/75 Volts
35 Watts

Both cords have two pins at right angle, one male one female as I would expect. 

The rectifier is multi-finned selenium. Under the front cover are two adjustable taps - some 5 or 6 choices each. 

Is there a BSP or other document for this?
