[GreenKeys] Non-Standard Gears and Speed

Hey Ron,

I've seen several U.S. military surplus TT-76s with 50 baud gears 
installed.  The one in my GRC-122E shelter even has a decal affixed to 
the top of the case advising that the 50 baud gear set is installed (I 
subsequently installed 45 baud gears).  The TT-4s I've had came with the 
75 baud gears installed.
