Very nice pics and it looks like a most impressive setup!

I can't help commenting that the average age of those in the photos is 
much younger than what I see at Hamvention and local hamfests in the 
US.  If our German friends have found a way to engage young people in 
the hobby I think many people would be very interested in knowing the 
secret - from the new President of the ARRL on down!
