[GreenKeys] Ribbons

Metal spools are hard to come by. I strongly suggest that
those having worn out ribbons on metal spools save them. Its easy
to wind new ribbons on the old spools. New ones are nearly always
plastic.
Some sources can supply more heavily inked ribbons but if you
want dark print use cotton. It does not last as long as Nylon but
the cotton holds more ink.
I have not bought typewriter ribbons for a couple of years so
don't know the current prices. $8 for a ribbon on metal spools is
probably about right.
