A 28ASR is a bit of beast to try to move yourself, and I would say it
isn't possible to do it alone. You can remove various pieces of it like
the typing unit, keyboard, punch(es) etc. which greatly helps to reduce
the overall weight, but the cabinet itself will still be awkward and
weighty. I moved mine with a friend. We removed all that could be
easily removed from the cabinet and it still definitely needed both of
us to muscle it into my mini van and then down the cellar stairs at home.
