[GreenKeys] Teletype - old photo

It definitely looks like her left hand is gripping something like a small knob for turning. As there is no visible TU and one would be necessary in conjunction with the receiver I’d lean towards that. 

Someday, space and transport willing, I will have a 19, along with its mercury vapor power supply.
