Hi all,
After about five years, I am back on the list! I have been mostly absent as I have been very busy raising grandkids, having my knees rebuilt (and the associated rehab), and repairing the house after the grandkids left. So now, I am back.
I still have my really cool Model 28 ASR, the Model 15 mailbox, a tape printer that prints on really narrow tape meant to be pasted on cards for delivery, and various other things. I actually got the tape printer to work after years of storage. I cleaned and lubricated it (with of all things, Remoil. It works great, and sounds great. It has a three speed transmission. I use it only on 60 WPM as that is what all my other things run at.
My dream list includes a Fox Box, typing tape punch, and several 60 WPM tape readers (distributors). I would also love to find one of those model 28 stand alone stunt boxes that can be programmed to activate switches (thought that is made of an especially rare isotope of Unobtanium). I also would love to find a bell for my Model 28 and a two color device for the 28, though again, it is basically unobtainable. 
On a more mundane topic, are Teletype ribbons still available or makeable? Mine are getting quite elderly.
