[GreenKeys] Software for 110 Baud

I think I remember reading a Greenkeys message last month referring to some kind of utility program for 110 baud communications? Windows I think.

I think it was something other than VT software, maybe something that you would run more generally to slow down serial comms.

I looked but couldn't find the post.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
