[GreenKeys] 28 stock ticker?

Trans-Lux. That is a name with a very interesting history. They were
among the first to develope a method of projecting the image of a tape
printer on a screen. More importantly, it was projected on the rear of
the special translucent screen. The image was bright enough to be viewed
in subdued room light with ease. They also created a chain of theaters
that specialized in newsreels, with short subjects and "music videos"
added in. In all cases, the projection was on the rear of the screen and
the auditorium was lit enough to allow the viewers to read the programs
and not stumble in the dark. Seating and asile arrangements made it easy
to come and go at any time, most viewers would stay until the program
began to repeat. It would seem very reasonable to have a stock market
"crawl" across the bottom or top of the screen as we do on TV news
channels today. If the tape that ran through the printer and then the
projector was clear, was it cleaned and re-used, or trashed?

Looking at http://www.navy-radio.com/manuals/tty/jh/bsps/bsp/570series/573-140-100TC.pdf, I discover a different approach.. It's a 6 level 135 baud device the uses a type box instead of the wheel like on a normal tape printer. Also it types on 1" tape. Of course it has fractions as well as some other special charters.
