Jeff,
That is a phenolic (bakelite) FT243 crystal socket. I did not see any
just like that but this one might work:

I did not see a date on KF4TAP's web site.
Are you missing the socket or is it just that the pins do not close
enough? A lot of sites suggest replacing the pins with pins from an
octal tube base but that assumes that you have a socket.
