[GreenKeys] Model 42 info wanted - and what is SCCAT?

Thanks to documentation assistance form Paul Cembura and Jerry Murphy, I
recently resurrected a Model 42 that Don House gave me several years ago.
It is merrily printing ITTY, etc. but I still haven't figured out how to
use the editing features (or change it from 50 baud).

This unit was evidently used in Navy training as part of a shipboard
message system simulator. I am looking for anyone who has come across such
a beast or has any info about these particular editing features (which
don't match any of the docs I have found so far). See the photo showing the
keyboard control characters and function buttons.

This is a model 4220 AAB and includes a 410231 SCCAT Controller board. What
does SCCAT mean?
Paul thinks Manual 538 might have some useful info, but I don't even know
what the title of 538 is.

Next up - checking out the 4250 AAA paper tape reader/puch.
Thanks for any help and suggestions -
Cheers,
Nick England K4NYW
