I built this regen years ago, for receiving TTY news over HF radio. It is built around the General Instrument AY-3-1015 UART. Adding it between my URA-8 Demod and Model 15 Teletype (both long gone) made a huge performance improvement.  It can receive and regenerate at speeds of 45.45, 50, 75, and 100 Baud (even though the Model 15 did not cover the higher speeds). It is configured for 5-bit Baudot.  It also has an RY generator function.

Schematics and design notes are included; construction is wire-wrap, and it is in nice metal chassis with power supply.
