[GreenKeys] TU for Computer

The real problem here is the Baudot  input/output.
"Modern" computers don't even  have an RS-232 port.
You can get PCI or PCIe serial port cards, but it's still
a problem finding any that will support 5N2 or 5N1-1/5
operation at any speed below 300 baud.
Equally problematic is finding any USB to serial adapters
that will run at the 45/50/75/100 baud ranges.

I have a 25 MHz Pentium PC at the shop I use for "low
speed" operation. It has the correct 16550A UART chips
for the serial ports.
I have a HAL ST-8000A terminal unit that outputs in RS-232.
And I run the HAL DSRTTY software. With a loop to RS-232
converter, I can use the DSRTTY software to talk to a Teletype
machine, or I can connect the teletype machine to the HAL
ST-8000A TU.
