[GreenKeys] RTTY during contest

Wayne is right.

Steps:

1. Make a paper tape
2. Find a station calling CQ
3. Tune transmitter to receiver frequency (easier if you happen to have a
transceiver)
4. LISTEN
5. After the target station ends the CQ, turn on carrier and start the the
tape distributor - use paper tape to send your call sign two times
6. Turn off carrier
7. LISTEN
8. If station calls you, turn on carrier and start the the tape distributor
- use paper tape to send signal report and state
9. Turn off carrier
10. LISTEN, log the contact and repeat...
