[GreenKeys] Tried reactivating my greenkeys messages, but cannot - have not received any for months

I have tried several times to re-activate my greenkeys account (I don't know why it became deactivated in the first place) but it does not seem to work, and I have not received any emails in months. Is anyone else having this problem (assuming you can read this message)?
