[GreenKeys] Removing a Model 33 from its stand?

Thanks, Paul and Wayne.

So the panel comes off the stand, and then I find those four screws by looking upward, inside the stand?

If for some reason I need to transport it on the stand, it will need to be lying down. Anything I should watch out for?

>> It’s very easy Tom. Wayne taught me how. You need to remove the panel cover in the base to see if there is a power supply or RS-232 interface in there. If so, you disconnect it. There are four screws that hold the teletype to the base. Take three out and then twist the teletype so that it is angled on top of the base and stable. Then you take the fourth one out. That way it won’t fall off its base. Just make sure the weight is balanced as you take that last screw out. Then just lift it off. It’s best lifted from the back.
