[GreenKeys] Teletype wiring vinyl tubing

I have some old tubing soaking overnight in Armor-All and will report back.
I also found a recommendation for mineral oil on the interwebs.

I just tried a heat gun and that easily softened the old tubing, but it
stiffens back up when it gets cool.
But that may be a useful technique when removing or re-installing a LESU
for example.
