[GreenKeys] Santa Tracking Broadcast

One more minor thing to add to this is that when sending the FIGS s or j to
send both of them. On many machines one is the bell and the opposite is the
'.

For hams the unshift on space is very handy as under bad conditions the LTRS
can be missed and all we get is the shifted FIGS characters.
Two carriage returns are usually sent so the old machines can get back to
the left and not pile up on the right if just one is sent and missed .
Better to have the machine totally over printing a line than beating a hole
in the paper and messing up the roller.

Send FIGS before any figures character that is not immediately proceeded by
another figures character, AND send LTRS before the first letter. That way
people both WITH and WITHOUT USOS will copy correctly.

For example: [CR][CR][LF][LTRS]K[FIGS]6{LTRS]CCC IS ARRIVING AT [FIGS]7
{LTRS]O[FIGS]'[LTRS]CLOCK [FIGS]73 [FIGS]73 [LTRS]OM[CR][CR][LF]
