[GreenKeys] Santa Tracking Broadcast

Spin up those motors for the 2019 Christmas Eve teletype broadcast where we track Santa on his journey around the world. This will be fun for kids from one to 92. 

I wanted to send this out days ago but just haven't made it happen. Hopefully those who are interested see this message in time.

Here are the technical details:

 * Audio will be streaming from http://tty.nerdology.org:8000/livetty -- pipe this from a computer to your TU like you would with ITTY. Or if you're not set up for heavy metal, you can copy on a glass terminal program such as fldigi, Cocoa Modem, MMTTY, or a number of other software demodulators.
 * RTTY tones will be standard mark/space frequencies (2125 mark/2295 space)
 * No video stream this time

Here is the series of events:

 * *Starting at 3:00 PM MST on Monday, December 23 (tomorrow)*, a test message will be sent on the hour every hour for the next 12 hours. Each test message will have the lyrics for a different Christmas song, too.
 * *At 3:00 AM MST on Christmas Eve*, *December 24*, tracking will begin in earnest as it is expected that the first sighting of Santa will occur shortly thereafter. The introductory broadcast will happen at 3:00 AM MST.
 * *As Santa is sighted around the world for the following ~24 hours*, broadcasts will be sent out (on average every 10 - 20 minutes for the most part).
 * *Santa usually finishes his work around 4:00 AM MST Christmas morning*, so it is expected that the broadcast will conclude shortly after that.

If you've got a machine somewhere where it's not going to keep your XYL awake all night, go ahead and capture the entire broadcast even during your nighttime hours as it's expected that there will be many fun and exciting stories shared by those who catch a glimpse of the Big Man while you're sleeping. If not, tune in whenever you can-- you'll be able to jump right in without missing a beat.
