Greetings Greenkeys!

In 'line' mode, the machine is expecting 60 (or 20) mA on it's Line.

In 'local' mode, the selector magnet driver is supplied with an input 
from the machine's internal electronics.

If your 33 is connected to a known-working current-loop, and it known to 
be wired internally correctly, and it still runs open in 'line' but not 
in 'local' - this will narrow the fault down to the "line-off-local" 
switch wiring and associated connectors.

My 200 millidollars anyway....
