[GreenKeys] M15, two M14 typing reperfs and BC-610-F in Houston TX

West side of Houston. TX. North of I-10. I live two blocks inside of BW8 and the storage buildings are about four blocks outside and a bit south.

One of the owners told me yesterday that the deadline for the offer on the property is 12 September. It is apparently contingent upon the owners of the adjacent property also agreeing to sell. That was apparently why this didn't happen last year or the year before. Then the storage buildings owners said that they had requested 60 days for all of the tenants to vacate. Which would be about 11 November.

I will add that I also have two small dirt floor and without electricity RV storage slots about a mile north of the main much nicer place. I think that the only TTY stuff in one of those is some sort of M28 reperf, one M26KSR and one M14 TD. I think that is all of the TTY stuff as the 28ASR went to OK a few years ago. The rest I think is radio related. is radio related. I'm not facing "eviction" from those but would add what’s in there to the "make me an offer" category along with what's in the main storage. The bulk of it consists of some MAR stuff (but no shock mounts), a bunch of GN-58-A's, a bunch of PE-117 and a few PE-120-A that are externally pretty bad but internally OK, and some more ART-13 and BC-348 parts.

Also in the "make me an offer" category either here at the house or in Storage is a TG-30 repeater, A TG-34-A oops that’s a CW training unit, several M14 reperfs, one M14 reperforator transmitter in a cabinet with keyboard that might be a TG-26 and was working last time that I had it set up, and a military polar relay test set whose nomenclature I can't at the moment recall.

If anyone within driving distance is thinking about making a trip, most of the stuff except for the parts is in my database so I can probably tell you whether or not I have something.

Assuming that the deal goes through this time, at some point after 12 September I will have to start moving the stuff somewhere. So come the sooner the better.
