[GreenKeys] The first M28 units - what are LK2 and LP2?

In researching the Mark I, II, III differences I have created a page of
photos and info at
http://www.navy-radio.com/tty/28-mark.htm
In it I have identified the various keyboard and printer models that are
Mark II and Mark III - by the process of elimination, LP1, LP2, LK1, and
LK2 must be Mark I models. Well, they weren't called that originally
because no one knew at the time that there would be Mark II and Mark III
versions.
I have a 1950 Navy manual that covers the LP1 and LK1 - this is the
earliest M28 info that I have been able to find (1948 contract date).
http://www.navy-radio.com/manuals/tty/tt47-91393-5111.pdf
However, I can't find any reference to the LP2 and LK2 models anywhere. The
next manuals (1952-53) start with Mark II models LP3 and LK3.
I'd appreciate hearing from anyone with info on these.
Yeah, this is an exercise in esoteric historic minutiae, but none of this
hobby needs to make any sense...
Cheers,
Nick England K4NYW
