[GreenKeys] M28 identification - Mark I vs Mark II vs Mark III

Out of 4 printers, all have the newer left side plate/stunt box 
mounting.  Only one has the wire spool hold downs.

Probably not enough of a sampling and bear in mind some of these have 
probably been rode hard and put away wet.  The one with wire spool hold 
downs probably the closest to factory original, it's a sprocket feed 
version. it appears to have been in storage for a very long time (and 
not necessarily good storage).
