[GreenKeys] Early M28 key cover - brown or gray?

I have seen two very distinct colors of key cover (hood) for early model
Navy 28KSR.
One is brown -

The other is gray -

Both are the early Mk II model with one screw holding on the clear info
sheet covers.

Was this just a change that happened with no change in part number or could
you order either? The only part number I have found is 151325 with no color
suffix. I think this is also true for the keylever guide plate 151834.
