[GreenKeys] Mark & Space Octal Plugin Filters

I will offer a guess they were made by someone for homebrew or kit 
terminal units.  The enclosures were commonly available in catalogs 
decades ago.  Probably some sort of multi section filter, pre-assembled 
and tuned.
