[GreenKeys] TU replacement

For linux, there's also minimodem (http://www.whence.com/minimodem/).  From
the man page (http://www.whence.com/minimodem/minimodem.1.html) it should
handle all the RTTY frequency shifts.  I don't know whether it can output
raw 5-level bits.

Haven't tried it myself, yet, but this is on my todo list...
