[GreenKeys] Model 15 slow-motion video

There are really good slow motion cameras capable of thousands of frames per second at high resolution you can rent (or buy if you have thousands or tens of thousands of dollars sitting around). I've considered renting one myself for this purpose.

For what it's worth-- and not to steal the excellent thunder here-- I recently invested in a Sony CyberShot RX10 III partly for the purpose of filming my teletypes in slow motion. It's capable of 980 frames per second at 1080p for 4-second bursts. Continuous filming at such a high frame rate and resolution requires a much more expensive camera (the difference in price point between the RX10 III and the next step up capable of better slow motion shots was a matter of at least over a thousand dollars from ehat I recall).

I've done a few test shots of my Model 19 in action, and it looks great. I plan to release a few videos following the send and receive machanisms all the way through the machine-- from keyboard to printer. Same with my Model 14s and any other machines I can get my hands on. It's just a matter of time I don't have. I need to get these USB boards out to everyone first (I just received the corrected boards!).

I don't own any 28s, but should someone give me a few hours with his, I'd be glad to make a similar set of videos demonstrating the mechanisms.

Of course, some of the high-end mobile phones are starting to be capable of similar quality slow motion shots, albeit with lesser lenses, and all similarly priced as a medium-grade camera. Inevitably, the really high end cameras capable of better slow motion shots will also start dropping in price, and I'll be sorely tempted to upgrade and redo my videos in higher resolution. Technology marches ever on.
