Motor? Seems like I remember a buzzing noise when a motor went on mine.

Subject: [GreenKeys] Model 28 buzz
My Model 28 is always connected to the AC line, but not activated until I
turn on my local loop and place the lever on the right-hand side on (up)..
Today we had a power outage, and when the power returned the Model 28
emitted a loud continuous buzz from the device to the right-rear of the
internal deck (next to the relays).
Can someone tell me what the cause is and how to return to normal operation?
The right-hand lever does not affect this problem.
Thank you.
