[GreenKeys] What’s this?

So far, my research tells me that this solenoid is added for the “Blank Delete” modification. I found it in a parts breakdown, but nowhere else. In my 28ASR this has been electrically disconnected. Exactly what does “Blank Delete” do? Is this in fact the “Blank Delete” mod?
