I haven't listened lately, but there used to be a lot of FSK on the air
that was apparently synchronous and encrypted.  There's always the ARRL
bulletin transmissions in various digital modes including FSK RTTY.
QST shows 6PM Eastern and 9PM Eastern M-F and they will be on frequencies
3.5975, 7.095, 14.095, 18.1025, 21.095, 28.095, 50.350 and 147.555
