My “Tape Printer” is the Model 31.  I have the manual:

200_Model31_Oct52.pdf

The basic manual included in that issue is dated 1947.  The October 52 thing is apparently the military issuance of the Teletype Corporation Bulletin 200.  The parts manual is Bulletin 1140B, and I have a pdf copy of that also.
