There is a military version of that printer.  I have one in unused new condition.  (It may be the only one known that’s unused.). I got it years ago from the estate of a former Navy communications officer.  The one I have is fitted with a governed motor as I remember. Others had a 6Y6 or similar tube in there to manage the speed control.

These military versions were used in the B-52 or other such large aircraft, presumably in a secure system to receive orders and send back status reports.

I may well have a digital copy of them manual - I”ll look and be glad to send it to you if you don’t find it ill the meantime.
