[GreenKeys] this looks neat. Is it usable in anyway?

RS232 is a signal level spec, 5 level is a character encoding.

Do you mean the FS 200Z is an 8 level ASCII RS-232 device?  Or is it just 5 
level Baudot with a RS-232 signal level interface?
