I would think that the $ 5 shipping fee should cover the spring and
shipping.  

I hope whoever buys the spring goes for the $ 1.99 warranty on it :-)

I think you will find that part is the 'spring'
that pushes the keylever on M-14 / M-15 
keyboards back up when you press them down. 

$19 for one spring seems like a 'bit' of 
gouging !!
