Duncan may have, but I know I gottbd opportunity to lay hands on KL-7s while a USAF TTY repairman during the late 60's. Since the KL-7 was mostly mechanical it came under the TTY umbrella and not the crypto guys. The crypto guys handled the all electronic crypto gear.
