Why can't they be saved????
As far as I can tell the site remains undisturbed as of 9/6/2018.
If you Google "Crawford Generating Station in Chicago" you will several
articles with the
owners/developers plan for the site and contact information.
I bet if you were contact them and explain the mission of GreenKeys,
they would let you take those machines out of there. Even though it is a
260 mile one way trip for me
I think tomorrow I will try to track them down by phone and see if they
will let us save these machines.
